Xenadrine rfa1... the next best weight loss supplement... or not?
Truth be known, although Xenadrine rfa1's compilation is
pretty decent, but it's really nothing new. It
simply consists of the old standards - Ma Haung
(ephedrine), guarana (caffeine),cirus aurantium
(synephrine - has similiar but more subtle effects
than ephedrine), and white willow bark (salicin).
Special note: The ephedra-based Xenadrine Rfa 1 has been recently phased out and replaced by the ephedra free Xenadrine EFX (reviewed here).
This is the "tried and true" ephedrine stack that
just about every decent fat burner contains.
Also included are a conglomeration of different
ingredients that Cytodyne refers to as "thermo
synergists."
Perhaps.
If you're not familiar with ephedrine, please be
advised that it's a fairly serious stimulant,
and may be a health hazard for some people. If
you're interested in trying this product, or
any product containing ephedrine, please check with your doctor
first. Never exceed dosage indicated on the bottle.
For a detailed discussion on this powerful fatburner, read my ephedrine article!
However, if you wish to try a thermogenic fat cocktail,
this one is as good as any. I would caution against
expecting results such as those Cytodyne uses
in its advertising. Although I have used their
products, and generally find them to be of good
quality, I have a bit of a problem with their advertising
department.
Remember, any diet product, xenadrine rfa1
not excepted, will only work properly in
conjunction with a proper diet and regular exercise.
If you're looking for a magic pill, xenadrine rfa1
is not the answer.
