Before I begin this discussion of the best

To begin our list of best fat burners is a product
named Thermicore.
Thermicore is made by Met-Rx, and it has
received the coveted honor of being "recommended"
by the independent body of scientists who
review sport and diet supplements at
supplementwatch.com. The main reason for the recommendation?
Thermicore is one of the few products
that actually delivers less than the FDA-recommended
daily dose of 24 mg. That's a big plus.
I like it because it features a timed-release formula
that leads to a much gentler ephedrine experience.

The next best fat burner on our list is Xenadrine RFA-1.
It's a decent product to be sure, but nowhere near as effective
as its advertising claims. Xenadrine is based on
what is known as the ECA stack. That's ephedrine,
caffeine, and aspirin all combined synergistically
in one powerful fat-busting formula. A daily dose
of Xenadrine RFA-1 delivers almost twice
the FDA-recommended amount of ephedrine - 40 grams.
It's recommended you start off with half doses

Lastly, I'll discuss one of the all time best fat burners, MuscleTech's Hydroxycut.
It's another proven product based around the famous ECA
stack (as it's called). And although I'd like to
see the Hydroxycut formula revamped with some
newer and more promising additional ingredients,
there is still one major reason why I rate this as one
the best fat burners.
And why is that?
Because Hydroxycut delivers a single dose
in 4 capsules, it's much easier to start with a
very low dose to asses your tolerance. However,
a single dosage yields about 24mg of ephedrine
alkaloids. At the peak of the cycle, you take
this three times a day. You won't be sleeping much!
